Sand informed me it's probably because you guys use a lower rate maybe it's time to use 25000 since I don't think anyone plays on dialup anymore. up to you guys though.

our servers were just updated this month to top of the line machienes. we are all up do date in so far as service providers go.

We'll consider and look into it, As omega pointed out the servers were just updated so some ppl have smooth settings, others not so smooth, Our servers have been some of the most Popular and it had to do with some of the same settings weve had for years. Thank you for ur input tho.

The config I use is old for the most part. I update it for each version of the mod as it comes out. If setting the rate will make a difference and not have negative effects then I'll look into it.
